The brave one…

Her Story…

Lisa Vang is a dilligent student at Hamline University. Right now she is working on completing her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health with plans to be a social worker when she graduates, primarily working with foster youth. As a participant of P4P’s 2019 Leaders Changing the System program, Lisa graduated and sought an internship with us in the following months. Being that Lisa was recognized as an exceptional leader in the program, P4P accepted her with open arms, and we are very glad to have her.

Her Role…

Lisa’s role at Partnerships for Permanence includes assisting in coordinating trainings, events, and providing support to the leadership team, in addition to arising administrative tasks. She is very passionate about our mission of raising awareness and actively working to improve the child welfare system.
