Careers and Opportunities

PARTNERSHIPS FOR PERMANENCE (P4P) IS HIRING - WE HAVE TWO JOB POSITIONS OPEN FOR 2024.

At Partnerships for Permanence, we believe that every young person deserves to have their voice heard in child welfare, and ensuring that they play an active role in guiding the course of their own future comes first and foremost for us. Our team consists of trained youth and adult professionals that are experts at giving their personal experiences having aged out of the foster care system.

We believe that young people leaving foster care need additional support, and that a network of other foster care alumni who are high achievers is one of the best factors to ensuring a stable transition to permanency. We believe that young people are experts within the child welfare system, and that they gain power over their lives by using their stories as tools for healing and advocacy.
