My name is Salia and this is a poem I wrote for my graduation from the Leaders Changing the System program in 2019.

Like a tree sprouting its roots, there is growth.

Like cement holding a house together, you have support.

It's okay to follow, but it's better to lead.

Leadership means a lot to me.

Gained a lot of skills working with P4P.

Only through trial and suffering can the Soul be strengthened,

Ambition inspired and success achieved.

Follow your dreams.

Lead yourself to the path of success.
