P4P Mental Health and Wellness Program

P4P Mental Health Support Groups

A virtual monthly support group facilitated by a licensed mental health expert, where each session focuses on a topic chosen based on program participants’ preferences. Topics include managing stress, building self-esteem, understanding healthy relationships, and coping with trauma. Support groups are held the 1st Saturday of every month from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm via Zoom.

P4P Wellness Events and Groups

P4P Wellness Groups

  • P4P Staff in collaboration with Yoga Sanctuary coaches facilitate monthly P4P Wellness Group that meets the last Thursday of every month from 5:00 - 7:00 pm (Virtual and In-person sessions).

  • P4P Young leaders, parents, and professionals attend the wellness groups, where they are empowered to rest and practice self-care. Activities include yoga, body movement exercises, reflection activities, helping participants relax, reconnect with themselves, and build healthy coping skills.

  • Program participants engage in discussions and activities tailored to their needs.

  • Participants gain practical strategies for managing stress and navigating challenges.

  • P4P program participants increase awareness and understanding of healthy relationships, emotional regulation and trauma-informed coping skills.


P4P Case Management Program

P4P Case Management Program

Program participants are offered one-on-one meetings with a P4P staff twice a month for one hour to review progress, set or adjust life goals, and share relevant resources. These in-person or virtual sessions offer support by addressing life barriers and ensuring accountability; through follow up on goals and commitments.

  • Guiding you step-by-step to reach your goals.

  • Provide resources and help you navigate through all systems.
